1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetGold (“the Service”) at meetgold.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

MeetGold is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform that allows users to paste or upload meeting transcripts, receive AI-generated summaries, action items, decisions, and analytics. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MeetGold to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Upload meeting recordings or transcripts without the consent of all participants.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering against MeetGold.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to MeetGold (transcripts, audio files, notes). By uploading content, you grant MeetGold a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated summaries, action items, decisions, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only. MeetGold does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should review all AI outputs before relying on them for business decisions.

7. Subscription & Billing

• Free plan: Limited to 5 meetings per month. No credit card required.
• Pro plan ($19/mo): Unlimited meetings, bot auto-join, real-time AI co-pilot, smart clips, custom personas, 3 seats.
• Business plan ($49/mo per seat): Pro + AI agents (CRM/Linear/Jira), sales scorecards, multi-meeting trends, public API + webhooks, embeds, up to 25 seats.
• Enterprise plan ($199/mo per seat): Business + SSO (SAML), HIPAA/SOC2 mode, E2EE, white-label, voice clone, unlimited seats, dedicated SLA.
• Lifetime plan ($149 once): Business-level features, one-time payment, no recurring fees.
• Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Team subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us at support@meetgold.app for a full refund. Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days. After 30 days, all sales are final.

9. Intellectual Property

MeetGold, its logo, design, and all software are the intellectual property of MeetGold and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission. These terms do not grant you any rights to MeetGold's trademarks or branding.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEETGOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Profile → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
